A little about MY Family!!!

My immediate family is my Dad, Mom, younger sister, little brother, and my sugar gliders.  My whole family belongs to the same religion, though we do not attend the same church services.

My Dad is a property manager and owns his
own business.  He loves golfing and also
basketball, football, and other sports.
His church job is a Boy Scout Leader.  He
collects chess sets and builds cases for
them.  He builds all kinds of things as a
hobby - tables, headboards, TV stands, etc.
He loves to joke and tease.  He supports
our family financially as well as emotionally and plans lots of family trips together.  He hates snow and likes to go to Saint George, Utah where it is hot and dry.  He enjoys collecting coins and watching movies on DVD.

My Mom is a full time stay-home mom . . . cleaning, taking kids to basketball practice, scout stuff, piano recitals, cooking, the whole 9 yards.  In church she teaches Primary, which is little kids, like 3 months to 12 year old.  She is very fun and loving.  She has a song for everything and sings a lot.  She likes playing solitaire on the computer. She does a lot of genealogy.  She makes cute lesson plans for her primary (Sunday School for young children) kids and teaches her own children more than she knows.  She worries a lot about us and always tries to get us to eat breakfast, wear sweaters, and all that mom junk.  She stressed more than I did about my mission call.  She is a lifesaver to me and my siblings and dad, too.  She is funny and fun to be with.   She is also my friend.

My sister recently graduated recently at Brigham Young University.  She is 2 years younger than me.  Rinny is a dancer.  She does several types of dance: Tap, Jazz, Modern, Country Western, Ballroom, Clogging, etc.  She was on UVSC's award winning Country Dance team "Fire & Ice" until she was dropped doing a move and broke her tailbone.  She is very into drama and has been in several local plays, as well as certain touring ones such as "Trail of Dreams."  She is a perfectionist and gets very high grades. She is in the presidency Relief Society (our church's women's organization) of her ward (congregation).  She does a lot of service and is willing to help her friends out of trouble at anytime. She is good at math and typing. She is starting to be very good at genealogy, and she adores scrapbooking and journaling.  She wears too much perfumed lotion, talks on the phone for hours and drives crazy . . . but she is fun and one of my best friends. Hee hee!

I have a HUGE extended family with well over 100 cousins.  I can't list them all here obviously!
